Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the rules for using Smooth Spins: how your account works, how we check it, how deposits, withdrawals and bonuses are handled, and what to do if something goes wrong. They apply every time you log in or place a stake.

These terms and conditions are the agreement between you and us when you open an account with Smooth Spins, log in, deposit or place a stake. By registering, you confirm that you have read them and agree to be bound by them.
They apply alongside the other documents we publish:
- Our privacy policy and the cookie information on this site.
- The terms of any bonus or promotion you take part in.
- The rules of each game, shown in the game window or its help screen.
- The payment methods, fees and limits shown in the cashier.
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law, our licence conditions, our payment providers or the way the site works. Where a change affects your rights or obligations in a meaningful way, we will tell you by e-mail or by a notice on the site before it takes effect.
Using your account after that point means you accept the updated terms. If you would rather not, stop playing and ask us to close your account. Any balance that belongs to you can be withdrawn once the usual checks are complete.
Eligibility, your account and verification
Who can hold an account
- You must be 18 or over. Underage gambling is a criminal offence.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom and able to enter this agreement under the law that applies to you.
- You must be acting for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.
- You must not be registered with a national self-exclusion scheme such as GamStop, or be self-excluded with us.
- Accounts are personal. You may not sell, share or give anyone else access to yours.
One account per person
Each player may hold one account. Where we find duplicate accounts, or accounts that appear to be operated by the same person or household, we may close the extra ones, void the stakes placed on them and withhold bonus funds or winnings connected with them. Deposited money that belongs to you is returned.
Accurate details and a safe login
- Register in your own full legal name and keep your address, e-mail and phone number up to date.
- Keep your password and security codes to yourself. Activity on your account is treated as yours.
- Tell us at once, by live chat or at support@casinosmoothspins.co.uk, if you think someone else has used your account.
Verification checks
We hold a gaming licence and are required to know who our players are. Before your first withdrawal, and at other points while your account is open, we confirm your identity, your age and your address. We may ask for documents of the kind listed in the cashier and use data sources to check the details you have given us.
Where our obligations require it, we also carry out source-of-funds checks and may ask how the money you are depositing was earned. While a check is open we may pause play, deposits or withdrawals. If an account cannot be verified, we may close it and return any deposits that belong to you.
Deposits, withdrawals and your balance
You may only deposit using a payment method held in your own name. The methods open to you, any minimum and maximum amounts and any fees are shown in the cashier before you confirm. Funds in your account are held for play, not as savings, and we do not pay interest on them.
- We return money to the method you deposited with wherever the provider allows it. Where it does not, we use another method in your own name.
- A withdrawal may be held while verification, payment or safer gambling checks are open.
- Withdrawal limits and processing times are those shown in the cashier when you make the request; your provider may add time at its end.
- Any wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be met before the related funds can be withdrawn.
- We may cancel a transaction made in error and recover an amount credited to you by mistake.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer we run has its own terms, published with the offer. Where those terms and these general rules differ, the terms of the offer apply to it. You can decline a bonus, or opt out of promotional e-mails, in your account settings.
| Term | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirement | The amount you need to stake before bonus funds, or winnings from them, can be withdrawn. |
| Maximum stake | The highest stake allowed on a single round while a wagering requirement is open. |
| Expiry | How long you have to claim an offer and finish its wagering; unused bonus funds are then removed. |
| Game weighting | How much each game type counts towards wagering. Some games may be excluded. |
We may withdraw an offer, or remove a bonus and anything won from it, where an account has been used to take unfair advantage of a promotion: holding more than one account, coordinated play with other accounts, staking above the maximum while wagering is open, or playing in a way designed to lock in a bonus rather than to play the game. Deposits that belong to you are not affected.
If you are unsure, ask first
Our live chat team can confirm how an offer works before you claim it. That is quicker than sorting out a bonus that has already been cancelled.
Safer gambling tools, and closing or suspending an account
Gambling is for adults and should stay affordable. The tools below sit in your account, cost nothing to use and apply as soon as you set them.
- Deposit limits on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, with the limits you have set shown in your account.
- Loss and session limits, plus reality-check reminders while you play.
- Time-out, which locks your account for a short, fixed break.
- Self-exclusion, which closes your account for a longer minimum period and stops our marketing reaching you.
GamStop lets you self-exclude from licensed online operators in Great Britain in one step. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
When an account is closed or suspended
- At your request, by live chat or e-mail, for any reason.
- On self-exclusion, for the period you chose. It will not be reopened early.
- Where these terms are breached, verification cannot be completed, or we suspect fraud, collusion or money laundering.
- After a long period of inactivity, once we have tried to contact you about any remaining balance.
Whenever we close or suspend an account, we tell you what it means for your balance. Money that belongs to you is returned to a method in your name after any checks we must finish.
Complaints, our liability and the law that applies
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, write to support@casinosmoothspins.co.uk or start a live chat. Tell us your account name, what happened and when, and what you would like us to do. We acknowledge complaints and answer within a reasonable time, and we keep you updated if a matter takes longer to look into.
If our final answer does not settle things, you can take the matter to the independent dispute resolution service we use. It is free to you, and we will explain how to contact it when we send our final response. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
Our liability
We take reasonable care to keep the site and games working properly, but we cannot promise they will always be available or fault-free. We are not responsible for your internet connection or device, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong. Where a game or our systems clearly malfunction, the affected rounds and any resulting payouts may be voided, and we will explain that to you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
The law that applies
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest continues to apply.
