Power of Thor MegawaysCashing out: the route from your balance to your account
A withdrawal at Smooth Spins takes four taps. You open the cashier from your balance, pick the method, type the amount and confirm. Everything after that is on our side: approval, then the payment network moving the money.
- Open the cashier
Click your balance in the top right of the site, then select Withdraw.
- Choose your payment method
Pick the method you used to deposit. We pay out to the same method you deposited with, so the list you see reflects how your account has been funded.
- Enter the amount
The minimum is £5. There is no cap on how much you can request in one go, and no cap on how many requests you make.
- Confirm the request
Check the figure, confirm, and the request goes to us for approval. Your deposit and withdrawal history sits in your account area if you want to look over what is in flight.
- Clear verification if we ask
If we need identity documents, you upload them in My Account and we usually approve them within 24 hours. Once approved, the payout continues on the timings for your method.
Verify once, before you are in a hurry
Identity checks are normally asked for after your first withdrawal. If you upload your documents as soon as we request them, later payouts have nothing left to wait on.
How long each payout method takes
Two clocks matter. The first is our approval of the request. The second is the time the payment route needs to deliver the money once approved. The table shows the second clock for each method.
| Method | Time after approval | Fee | Minimum |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa debit card with FastFunds | Typically 30-40 minutes | None | £5 |
| Debit card without FastFunds | Up to 3 working days | None | £5 |
| Apple Pay | Processing up to 24 hours | None | £5 |
| Google Pay | Processing up to 24 hours | None | £5 |
| Bank transfer / BACS | 1-3 business days | None | £5 |
FastFunds is a service built into many Visa debit cards. If your card supports it, your payout follows the fast route automatically and the money usually shows on the card inside the hour after approval. If it does not support FastFunds, the same payout travels the standard card route and can take up to three working days to land.

Play your way, every day
Bank transfers settle in one to three business days once approved. Business days are the point to watch: a request confirmed on a Friday evening or over a bank holiday starts its journey when the banks reopen.
The numbers: £5 minimum, no fees and no cap on requests
Our withdrawal rules are deliberately plain. You can take out as little as £5, you can do it as often as you like, and we do not take a cut of it.
| Rule | What applies |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | £5 |
| Withdrawal fee charged by us | None |
| Number of withdrawals | Unlimited |
| Amount per withdrawal | No cap on the total |
| Above £5,000 | Additional identity checks may be needed before funds are released |
There is also a daily net win limit of £250,000 on the account. It is a ceiling on what you can win across a day rather than a payout rule, and it sits far above everyday play, but it is part of the picture when you are looking at how much can leave the account.
Maximum deposit amounts work the other way round: they are personal to your account and tied to the responsible gambling limits you have set, and the cashier shows what currently applies to your method.
Why your payout returns to the method you paid in with
Money leaves by the door it came in. If you deposited with a Visa or Mastercard debit card, the withdrawal goes back to that card. If you deposited with Apple Pay or Google Pay, it returns through the same wallet, and a bank transfer deposit pays back to that bank account.
This is standard anti money laundering practice and it protects you as much as us: funds can only reach an account that has already been proven to be yours. It also means the method you pick for your first £5 deposit shapes how fast your first payout arrives, so a Visa debit card with FastFunds is worth knowing about before you fund the account rather than after.
- Deposits start at £5 on Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer, with no fee from us.
- Card deposits are available on desktop; Apple Pay and Google Pay are the mobile wallets.
- Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay deposits are instant; bank transfer deposits take one to three days to arrive.
- You can manage the payment methods saved on your account in the account area.
Verification before the money leaves: what we ask for and when
We verify identity from the details you give at registration, so many accounts need nothing extra. When documents are needed, the request normally comes after your first withdrawal, and two things cover it: photo identification and proof of where you live.
- Photo ID: a passport or a driver's licence.
- Proof of address: a utility bill or a bank statement dated within the last three months.
- Where they go: upload them in the My Account area; approval is usually within 24 hours.
- How they are handled: documents are processed in line with GDPR and the connection is protected by SSL encryption.
A few situations bring an extra check. Withdrawals above £5,000 may need further verification before the funds are released. We may also ask for more identification once certain deposit levels are passed, if stakes climb quickly, or after a significant win. None of it stops you playing or using the rest of your balance; it simply has to be settled before that particular payout completes.
Clear photos save a day
Capture all four corners of the document, keep it in focus and make sure the dates are readable. A rejected upload is the most common reason a first payout waits longer than it needs to.
Withdrawing while a bonus is still running
Your real cash balance stays yours throughout a promotion. You can withdraw it at any point without affecting whether you qualify for an offer, the award itself, a prize or the wagering already counted. What you cannot do is take the money out and keep unfinished bonus funds: a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met cancels the bonus and any bonus money or free spins still attached to it.
Our Welcome Package gives new players up to £5,300 plus 300 free spins, with 35× wagering on bonus funds, a £10 minimum deposit, a maximum bet of £5 per round while wagering and 30 days to use it. Those are the numbers that decide whether a payout now is worth more than finishing the playthrough.
A worked example on a £100 bonus
Say you are holding £100 of bonus funds at 35× wagering. That is £3,500 of qualifying bets to turn through. Slots count 100%, so every £1 staked on a slot moves you £1 closer. Roulette, blackjack, live roulette and live blackjack all count 0%, so stakes there do nothing for the requirement. With the £5 per round ceiling in place, you need at least 700 rounds to cover £3,500, and you have 30 days to do it.
If £400 of real cash sits alongside that bonus and you withdraw the £400 on day three, the £400 is paid out normally and the remaining bonus is closed. If you would rather keep the bonus alive, leave the real cash in place until the wagering is done, and the funds unlock into your withdrawable balance.
One more figure to know: the maximum real cash benefit from our bonuses and concessions combined is £10,000 per day, counted from 00:00 to 23:59 CET, and that includes returns on bets placed with promotional cash.
Up to £5,300 + 300 Free Spins
New players, 35× wagering, £10 minimum deposit. Opt in, make your first deposit and the offer is on your account, with no promo code to type in.
What can hold a payout up, and how to keep yours moving
Most delays come down to one of a handful of things, and all of them are fixable before you press Withdraw.
- Documents still outstanding. If we have asked for ID or proof of address, the payout waits for approval. Upload both together rather than one at a time.
- Proof of address older than three months. A bill or statement outside that window is not accepted; pick the most recent one you have.
- A withdrawal above £5,000. Expect an extra verification step on these before the funds are released.
- A method that cannot receive the payout. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, so a card that has expired or been replaced needs sorting out first.
- Weekends and bank holidays. Bank transfers and standard card payouts move on business days, so the clock pauses when the banks are closed.
- An amount below £5. Requests start at £5; anything smaller needs to wait until the balance covers the minimum.
If something looks stuck, our live chat is open 24/7 and starts with an automated assistant that will connect you to a support agent whenever you ask. Email support runs around the clock too, and we also answer on Twitter and Facebook. Have the date, the amount and the method ready and the conversation is a short one.
Your money, your limits and the protections around it
We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39576. Player funds are held at high-level segregation in line with Gambling Commission requirements, which means your balance is kept entirely apart from the money we run the business with.
SSL encryption protects every connection and every payment, verification documents are handled under GDPR, and we will get in touch proactively if we spot a transaction on your account that looks out of place. All our games carry eCOGRA certification, with RNG outcomes independently tested and published RTPs verified.

Deciding what comes out of the account also means deciding what goes in. Deposit limits can be set per day, week or month, net deposit limits cap the difference between what you pay in and what you win back, and session limits with hourly reminders keep track of time. You can ask for those reminders more often than once an hour.
If you want a break, Time Out locks the account from 24 hours up to six weeks with no marketing messages during that period. Self-Exclusion runs from six months up to five years, and reopening the account afterwards needs a phone call to confirm. We are registered with GamStop and work alongside GamCare and BeGambleAware. Gambling is entertainment and real money is at stake, so play with what you can afford to lose.
