When a reward arrives as bonus funds rather than cash, wagering decides when it becomes withdrawable. Our welcome package carries 35× wagering on the bonus, a £5 maximum bet per round while you are playing it through, and 30 days to use it.

1. Start with the bonus amount

2. Stay on slots

3. Work within the £5 cap

   The maximum bet while wagering is £5 per round, so £3,500 is 700 rounds at the cap, or 3,500 rounds at £1 a spin.

4. Finish inside 30 days

Daily caps, the order your offers run in and cashing out mid-promotion

A few house rules apply across all our bonuses and concessions, and they are easier to work with once you know them. The maximum real cash benefit from our bonuses and concessions combined is £10,000 per day (00:00 to 23:59 CET), and that includes returns on bets struck with promotional cash. Separately, the daily net win limit on your account is £250,000.

Offers are completed in the order you opt into them. Your wagering counts towards the first offer you opted into, and only once that one is finished does it start counting towards the next. If you want a particular reward cleared first, opt into it first.

You can withdraw your real cash balance at any time while a promotion is running, and doing so does not affect your qualification, award, prize or wagering for that promotion.
