What these bonus terms cover

These Bonus Terms and Conditions explain how bonuses, free spins and other promotions work when you play with us. They apply to every offer we make available to players in the United Kingdom, whether you see it on site, receive it by e-mail or find it in the promotions area of your account.

They form part of our general Terms and Conditions. Each offer also carries its own terms, which set out any deposit needed, the wagering requirement, the games that qualify and how long you have to use it. Where the terms of a single offer say something different from this page, the terms of that offer apply to it.

Claiming a bonus is always optional. You can deposit and play with your own funds at any time, and choosing not to take an offer has no effect on your account, your gameplay or your withdrawals.

Who can take part

You must be aged 18 or over to hold an account with us and to take part in any promotion.
Unless an offer says otherwise, one bonus is available per person, household, device, IP address and payment method.
Your account must be registered in your own name with accurate details. We hold a gaming licence and carry out identity and payment checks before winnings are paid out.
Deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name.
If you have self-excluded, taken a time-out, or asked us to stop sending you promotional messages, you will not be eligible for offers and will not be sent them.

How to claim a bonus

Some offers are credited automatically, some need you to opt in beforehand, and some need a code entered in the cashier. The terms shown with each offer tell you which applies.

Read the terms of the offer, including the wagering requirement, qualifying games and the time you have to use it.
Opt in where the offer asks you to, before you deposit or place a qualifying bet.
Enter the code shown with the offer in the cashier, if one is given.
Make a qualifying deposit using an eligible payment method, where a deposit is required.
Check your balance in the cashier to confirm the bonus funds or free spins have been added.

Payment methods

Certain payment methods do not qualify for deposit offers. The methods that do qualify are shown in the cashier and in the terms of each offer.

If a bonus you expected has not arrived, do not place further bets until it has been looked into. Contact us on live chat or by e-mail and we will check how the offer was applied to your account.

Wagering requirements and how your balance is used

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to stake before funds tied to a bonus can be withdrawn as cash. It is shown as a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both, in the terms of each offer.

Your account can hold cash funds and bonus funds at the same time. The order in which they are used, and the running total of your wagering progress, are shown in your account. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games do not contribute at all; the rates and exclusions sit in the terms of each offer.

Cash funds	Money you have deposited or winnings already converted to cash. Withdrawable at any time, subject to our general terms.
Bonus funds	Promotional funds credited to your account. They cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Wagering requirement	The total stakes needed before funds tied to a bonus become cash.
Game contribution	How much a bet on a given game counts towards wagering, as stated in the offer terms.
Maximum conversion	A cap on the amount of bonus winnings that can become cash, where the offer sets one.

Bet limits, free spins and maximum conversion

While a wagering requirement is open, a maximum stake per bet or per spin may apply. The figure is given in the terms of the offer.
Free spins are played at a set stake and on the games named in the offer. That stake cannot be changed.
Winnings from free spins are usually credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of the offer.
Where a maximum conversion applies, any amount above the cap is removed once wagering is complete.
Bonuses cannot be combined unless the offer says so. If you hold an active bonus, a new one may be queued until the first is finished or has expired.

Check the stake limit first

Betting above the maximum stake while a wagering requirement is open may result in the bonus and any winnings from it being removed. The limit is shown in the terms of the offer and in your account.

Fair play and the checks we carry out

Our promotions are meant for players using one account for their own entertainment. We monitor promotional play and may ask for further information or documents before paying out winnings connected to a bonus.

Holding or using more than one account, or acting together with others, to claim the same offer repeatedly.
Low-risk or opposing bet patterns designed to clear a wagering requirement rather than to play the game.
Depositing from a payment method that does not belong to you.
Using software, scripts or automated play.
Giving false registration or identity details.

Where we find activity of this kind, we may close the bonus, remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and withhold further offers from your account. Your own deposited funds remain available to you, subject to our general terms and to any legal obligations. We will tell you what we have found, and you can ask for the decision to be looked into through our complaints process.

Expiry, changes, safer gambling and contacting us

Every bonus and free spin offer has a time limit, which starts when the bonus is credited unless the offer states otherwise. When that period ends, unused bonus funds, unused free spins and any winnings still tied to an unfinished wagering requirement are removed from your account. Your cash balance is not affected.

You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your account or by asking our support team. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and any winnings linked to them, and releases your cash balance for normal play or withdrawal. We may change, suspend or withdraw an offer at any time, and will not apply a change to a bonus that is already active in your account unless we are required to.

Gambling should stay affordable and enjoyable. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from the safer gambling area of your account, and you can turn off promotional messages at any time without affecting your ability to play.
